She made sure to get us all paperwork we needed to fill out that same day, and while we were going through our almost two-month search, she sent us new properties practically every day. Susan was always available to answer questions for us and very flexible with her schedule to show us the properties. What I really appreciated was how much she is not a passive realtor. After we put in offers, Susan would continually check in with the listing agent and tell them about how much we loved the house and talk up how we would be great buyers and compatible with the sellers. She would let us know right away if our offer was chosen or not. She was also so wonderful and patient with our kids when we brought them to showings. If we ever need to sell or buy a home again, Susan will be the first call we make it happen!"
