Since I am not on a team, I am the direct contact for my clients which is very powerful in this fast-paced market- I don’t wait for things to happen I make things happen! Negotiations during a sale are of optimal importance and since I work with listings and buyers, I am able to help my buyers with the psychology behind the offers helping you navigate and “win” the house of your dreams sometimes out of 15 – 25 offers!
I have an outstanding strong reliable support team of professionals that I know I can count on for every transaction to be on point- including my preferred lender, attorney, photographer, general contractor, and stager. I created a support team all on their A game and that didn’t happen overnight, it has taken a culmination of 10 years to find the best and stay with the best in the industry. Through the years I have purchased and listed my own personal homes several times putting myself in the shoes of my clients and gaining my own life lessons along the way. Helping people relocate into the area and introducing them to this amazing suburb is so rewarding!
I raised my 2 daughters now 21 and 24 in Naperville and take advantage of all that Naperville has to offer including dining at my favorite restaurants including Santa Cielo and Wild Tuna of South Naperville, shopping at Anthropology & Glam and Glitz boutiques, and taking long walks on the Springbrook Prairie Paths with my dog Ozzy. In the summer I look forward to attending a Raw Vegan retreat in California where I can recharge my battery for another wonderful year to come with friends, family, and clients. Continuing Education is very important in this fast-paced industry, and I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Staging Consultant, and Broker Price Opinion Certified.
I graduated from Florida State University where I majored in hospitality management with an emphasis on marketing. My strong sales and marketing background, and hardworking habits, coupled with my artistic sense of style offer me the competitive edge my clients require in this marketplace.
